Waste of money

Cheap product not effective I even feel it made my lips worse.

too messy

It is very messy to use you have to lay very still and not move when you use this but it did plump my lips and left them soft.

I don't know what is this supposed to do..

So, another waste of money that you can't return back after you open the package. It supposed to cool down your lips and the gel is supposed to soften your lip skin - let's begin with the fact that skin around your lips and on your lips is already soft enough and if that is not good enough for you than use lip balm or coconut oil. I just threw this out, it didn't cost much and I thought it will make a great gift for my teenage daughter and for myself but it turned out with just a waste......

Not what I expected

Comes off too easily. You have to lay down while it is on. Doesn't last very long.
