Have you changed the formula?

I have been a loyal user of this product for three years and recommend it to all my friends. I am based in Australia. However, the new tube I received seems to take forever to dry - up to half an hour where if I blink I am left with embarrassing blotches of black under my eyes and on my cheeks. This has never been the case before. I wonder if you have changed the formula? Thank you, Helen

Clumpy mess

I bought the travel size to try this before I purchased the regular one. Very disappointed. This old & dry. I tried using 3 times but it was nothing but a clumpy mess.

Dry, clumpy, flaky…

Very disappointed in this product. It arrived seemingly dry and clumpy on the wand, which resulted in clumpy lashes. The mascara has an odor that is bothersome to me (I'm sensitive to smells), and it ended up flaking off as the day went on. I wouldn't recommend this product.

TRAVEL MASCARA WILL SAVE YOUR DAY!

The size is perfect--fits in the zipper pouch of my purse--and what you get from this small tube is almost a year's worth of emergency mascara! I buy these along with my regular purchase of mascara every 9-10 months, and I have never regretted it--there is always a time you will walk out the door and forget to apply your mascara, or find that it needs a touch-up in the afternoon.

Absolutely terrible

I've tried this so many times and every single time it's just made my lashes stubby, short, and clumpy (all things I, personally don't want from a mascara). Every coat I apply makes it worse, it always ends up looking like my eyelashes, only worse.
