Great customer service!!!!

I just received my pallete & discovered that my dark green eye shadow was smashed, as some others have stated. If you have the same problem, Too Faced will totally fix it for you!!! You don't even have to call, I used the live chat feature & am getting a new palette in the mail!! They didn't require me to return the damaged item- didn't even ask for photo proof- just apologized for my trouble & made it right. You really can't ask for more than that!! Thank you, Too Faced, for standing behind your wonderful products!!!!!

Lovely colors

Beautiful colors with good pigment. The product itself is great. However, packaging for shipping could use some additional care.

Amazing product

Omg I love everything about this palette! The color story is very wearable and the green color is so gorgeous. I also love the smell. To me, it smells like cinnamon.

This is BEAUTIFUL!

This is so much prettier in person. I ADORE it. It blends so nice. I am in LOVE with this palette. If you are on the fence, buy it. You won't regret it!

Kinda disappointed

This is honestly one of the only times I've been disappointed with this company. The whole reason I bought it was because I thought it would smell like coffee and it really doesn't. The colors came mostly in good condition there was a scuff mark on the dark red. But that doesn't really bother me but it not smelling like it's supposed to did bug me. All in all it's a nice-looking pallet but I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering it.
