"I Do" = Perfect Pink

This is a good lipliner. It truly plumps, so if you can't handle intense tingle, skip this one. The shade "I Do" is a lovely cool-toned pink-mauve (a purple-based mauve, not brown-based mauve). I think they might be discontinuing that shade, which would be a shame since it's the only shade in the whole series that's truly cool enough for blue-veined complexions. (I've stocked up on 8 of them, just in case.)

I tried at least 30 lip liners, and they were all too orange or brown. This one in the shade "I Do" is perfection for those of us with cool-toned skin (underwrist veins show blue or purple in bright daylight). It's the perfect shade, not too fake pink, but not at all orange or brown. I cringe when I see women walking around with a very obvious brown or orange lipliner on, especially if they're overlining and/or not following their natural lipline (like the now thankfully-fading fad of straigtening out the top lip cupid's bow with lip liner - - it looks so fake & ridiculous). This liner definitely plumps, so be aware of that. But I don't find it painful by any means. It has good longevity, although isn't waterproof. I'm stocking up on the shade "I Do" before they discontinue it & while it's on sale at such a good price here on Macy's. I often line my lips and fill them in with this. It's the perfect texture, not too slippy but not dry either.

Best liner for plumping

I came across this from another influencer and this stuff is so spicy on the lips it really gives you a nicer pout without giving a sticky/glossy effect. If I want a matte look that has some plump, then I go for this. A little goes a long way! I find that it plumps better than the gloss and can feel more hot on the lips as well so definitely don't over do it. Packaging is great. Just click for more pencil. Good for the price point. No scent. No adverse reactions either. Great plumper liner.
