Love it!

This is truly an excellent gloss. Very glossy, has a soft browny-beige color that lasts and makes my lips feel very nourished. I like the thicker consistency and the slightly larger applicator.

Why?????

You had a perfect product and then you went and messed it up!!!! Why for the love of god can we not keep the old one? If you wanted to put something different out here you could have just added a new product! Why why why???? This new formulation SUCKS!!! It's this and watery and doesn't even stay on the lips. I was a faithful customer but you lost me now….
