Best nonstick roaster in my arsenal!

I do use this for making prime rib & beef wellington. However, the MAIN reason I purchased this was for my New York style cheesecake I make. It requires a waterbath with my springform pan. Since I have to make sure it's watertight, it's difficult finding the right size! This fits the bill! I put about 1 1/2" water in it and let it preheat. A drawback to cheesecake is it sometimes cracks. Since I purchased this pan, I've not had ONE crack! Cleanup is a breeze! I'm seriously considering purchasing another especially since my daughter usually absconds with mine! Best TEN BUCKS spent!

Don't waste your money

After a few uses the non-stick coating peeled off in large chunks. Ruined the drippings from my roast so no gravy. Cheap pan but a waste of money.

stay away

This was a horrible experience. I used it once to roast a pork and when I washed it I discovered the coating was bubbling. I had to throw it away. How can you sell a roasting pan whose coating bubbles off after using only once.
