Not non-stick!

Disappointed!! This pan is not non-stick at all.

Perfect Pancakes = dab of butter & low/medium heat

Always use a little butter for pancakes with low to medium heat folks, carbon steal heats quickly. Flips easily with a small silicone spatular. Excellent for rounded eggs on English Muffins. Perfect for party sliders!

Hit or Miss

Sometimes the eggs would easily flip, other times they stuck. It is touted as a non-stick pan but even with olive oil or spray, things were still sticking, whether eggs or pancakes. The pancakes stuck more & burned more easily.

Can’t beat it.

Used it three times already. Non-stick, sturdy and no evidence of warping on high heat. Quality is great for the money. Can’t wait for other items that are made for Macy.

Doesn't work for pancakes

Bought it for pancakes but it doesn't work. Half the pancake gets burned and half is raw. Impossible to turn pancake without breaking or making a mess. It is ideal for making perfect round eggs, just don't turn the heat to high (i have a range stove) and I found a lid that fits perfect. The material seems good but for some reason it doesn't heat evenly. So, if you want it for eggs go ahead but if for pancakes just don't.

You cannot turn the pancakes without messing them up. Not a good product at all.

Great Idea

Doesn't work well on gas stoves. Half of the pancake will burn. I still make it work.

Perfect. Non sticking.

So pleased! Made silver dollar pancakes just perfectly. Easy to flip over.
