Great boot, comfortable but plastic chain broke

Great looking boots, pretty comfortable and sturdy. The packaging was luxurious and the quality of the soles are great. The chains are plastic (which help not weigh down the ankle) and cheaply put together. One of the links broke and I had to glue it back. I love these boots and receive so many compliments when wearing them so I was willing to just glue the chain together. It is a great alternative for a much higher priced boot.

Buttons issues.

I’ve only worn these boots one time. I wish I could wear them again. However, the buttons popped off and lost for good. I’ve contacted the manufacturer and, they don’t have or sell replacement buttons.

beautifully made exceptional quality

I've been looking for bone or ivory or grey boots for awhile, I wear size 6.5 but can sometimes wear a 7. Macy's didn't have a 6.5, so I tried 7. They are Way too big! but a beautiful color and finely made of exceptional quality, I am impressed! I wish they were a 6.5!
