Product details
Web ID: 10777452I would really love to buy BUT…
United’s maximum linear inches is 60 and this case comes in at a whopping 64. 5 linear inches. So sad.

Two weeks of travel overseas- EASY
This was our first trip with the big dog of travel cases. The wife packed clothing, shoes, and purses for two weeks (16 days) in this trunk. Normally she packs two large suitcases. It rolls effortlessly through parking garages and airport terminals. After being loaded by drivers, bellmen, baggage handlers at four hotels, a cruise terminal, and three airports, there’s not a scratch on the exterior. I really like the dark green color, it sets it apart from the sea of black plastic sliding around the conveyor belt. It will also match a few of my next new bags. I may even buy another trunk for myself! This was a winner of a purchase that makes me She’s looking forward to taking the trunk on her next trip.

This is my second XL
This is my second XL Travel Trunk purchase. I use both Travel Trunks to carry my climbing, skiing, and cycling gear when flying because they hold large objects like ropes, ice tools, crampons, helmets, bike tools, and other awkwardly-sized gear while protecting them from travel damage.

Great bag
I love the constriction and quality of this bag. I only wish it came with, or you could purchase removable dividers for the inside of this bag. It would make packing organization easier. The compression packing cubes aren’t enough. ** disclaimer ** I haven’t traveled with this bag yet but it looks durable and well constructed.

Perfect
Best size if you tour. Fits in luggage bay of tour bus vertically.

Desperately Needs Bottom Handle
I am a Briggs & Riley fan, with a number of pieces of their luggage. This trunk spinner did not measure up to the others. First of all, it most desperately needs a handle on the bottom, and a handle on the back side would not hurt. The casing feels cheap. It remains to be seen how tough it will be.

The suitcase is certainly a
The suitcase is certainly a tank. It rolls very nicely at any load I have thrown at it so far. At the upper end of price point I did expect big things and there are a few areas lacking: I like the 80/20 split. The main compartment has excellent packing compression/retention system. I would have appreciated a way to secure packing material in the smaller compartment . It’s certainly large enough to be a functional part of my packing plan; but without a retention strap stuff is left to slide all over. I would like to see an additional hand hold on the long side of the luggage. It is often a two hand operation to sling this into my truck or pull off the luggage carousel. There is a cover sold for the Torq series which I think is a great idea. Unfortunately, I am quite unhappy with its fit. It seems to be a one size fits none situation.
