Limits on capacity

The space for files and electronics is difficult to open and close. As designed it limits capacity for international travel. When packed it’s then difficult to close the electronics and file section if there is a small laptop in it. I don’t see using it for international trips. i have another bag.

Makes International Travel Easier

I took this bag to Europe . It fit nicely in over head bins . The hard sides both held my personal item steady and kept me from overpacking. I was able to lift and manage it with ease and it never tipped. I like the locking feature that locks the main case as well as the front compartment with only entering my code one time. My only disappointment with this bag is that the wheels pull the bag slightly so that it doesn’t roll quite straight. It does roll easily. I like it a lot and will enjoy using it for many years to come!

Do not buy

The handle takes up too much room inside the bag and makes the bag difficult to pack. When it is packed (fully, but not stuffed!!), the outside pocket has no room for anything useful, not even an ipad. Forget about trying to fit any size book in there. In addition, the outside pocket is impossible to open. This is by far the worst designed bag I have ever owned. Wish I could return it. Used it once and cannot imagine having a use for it in the future.

Great carry-on with one issue.

In general, I like this carry-on, as well as my medium and large torq checked luggage. The wheels work great - almost too well. Stop on an incline, and regardless of how much you have packed in the suitcase, it will roll away! These roll much smoother than my wife's Tumi and my previous suitcases by Zero Halliburton. The interior is nice and the compression straps work well. The shells take a beating and come away with just minor scrapes. No zipper failures and no cracks. The only thing I do not like about the carry-on is the laptop compartment. It takes up valuable space and it doesn't really seal up when closed. If it's packed full, make sure it's locked or sometimes the compartment will pop open!
