Make sure you have the correct machine in your home to attach it to

Great idea but I didn’t see the part where I had to have a specific model to attach it to. (My mistake I know). Looks super easy to connect to the machine if you have the correct one. Bummed I didn’t get to try this the way it was meant to be.

Great attachment to Total Gym

Great addition to Total Gym machine. The AbCrunch is very sturdy and well made. The cushions are really soft. Comes with a workout cd and instructions for different exercises. The installation instructions are simple. Can use the attachment with many machine models. Highly recommend for anyone with a Total Gym.
