Same size run a bit bigger

I bought mineral and black size 12 and seems like the black runs huge. It seems to ge a size bigger :(

I have totes. Please read.

Iv had these slides for a while now, they fit really good. And can wear all day. But my did bottom out on heal and right below toes I have pictures. Could y’all reach out to me?
