After 20 years plus of Restless Legs I have developed something called Restless Arms. The medicine for RLS wasn't touching the creepy feeling I had in my arms and I really felt like I was going crazy. Quality of life was horrible and I realized why others with this malady sometimes just don't want to live anymore. I begged my doctor to recommend something. She told me about Trace Cal/Mag/Zinc. I have taken it for at least 6 months now. After the first couple of days the RA had calmed and now it has dramatically eliminated the restlessness in my arms. Even my legs, which had been a severe case, seem to be calmer although I still take prescription medicine for them. When I miss a couple of days it comes back. I rely so heavily on this Trace product that I sent a bottle ahead for a vacation I am taking on the East Coast because I couldn't take enough of it on the airplane. So I am on the site today to set up a prescription.

Good for your bones
Ive been taking it for years. My doctor knows I take it and she has nothing negative to say. The last bone density test I had the doctor said I was showing improvement. 5 stars for me.

Liquid Cal/Mag/Zinc
This product is providing adequate amounts of key minerals my body needs to treat osteoporosis. I believe I feel improvements in very subtle ways in area of digestion, energy and mood. I also like the “Liguid Gut Health†product as well. It is definitely helping with digestion. I am going to become a subscriber and order both on a regular basis. Replaced my melatonin and CBD gummies for sleep
I have been taking for a week and I have been sleeping so well. I can fall asleep when I decide to, and haven't had to stare at the ceiling for hours. When I have to get up in the middle of the night because the children call for me, or I have to use the restroom, I can get up without feeling drowsy, and can go right back to sleep, where as before I would be up for 2 to 3 hours trying to fall back asleep. I wake up in the morning without feeling sluggish or drowsy and can just get right to my mourning routine. The feeling of drifting off is very calm, gradual and steady. It feels so good to fall asleep without feeling like I was drugged up, where transition from wake to sleep takes forever and then is just abrupt. I am very glad I found this, and have already recommended it to my neighbors. I have had the laxative effect in the mornings, but I started directly with the full dose, so I will back off to only 1tbsp and see if that helps. I only take it at night 30-40min before bedtime, I have not tried spreading it out throughout the day as suggested.
