Do yourself a favor and make this your Daly habit

I’ve been using this product for over 5 years. I recommend it to anyone who is dealing with foot or muscle pain and also headaches. I can tell when I have forgotten to take it for a couple of days. It really helps my IBS symptoms to stay at bay.

Very useful product!

I loved this product! I’ve heard many different types of magnesium supplements over the years and these by far the best. Take me consistently every single night has improved my sleep, which is saying a lot because nothing can keep me asleep the whole night. There isn’t a strong taste, I just drop it to my tea every night and it works really well!

Amazing and really effective!

I used to get a lot off cramps on my muscles since I have been using this I don’t have any cramps at all. In the informations of the product it says it has a really salty taste when added in water but honestly I didn’t feel a strong taste too. I like the packaging and the dropping thing is working really well. I love it.

Salty

This product is almost impossible to take by itself. I would highly recommend buying empty pill capsules to put this product in. Without it, the product tastes extremely salty and burns your mouth and chest.

Perfect way to get your mag!

Before finding this Trace Minerals ionic magnesium, I was taking mag pills or Celtic sea salt, and I just feel like this works so much better. It tastes horrible, of course, but that's because you're getting the natural trace minerals directly from the sea - much more effective! I love that this is also non-GMO verified. Since taking this, I have more energy during the day and my muscles recover more quickly after my work outs!

Efficient dropper

I like the easy dosage style of the dropper, and I do prefer the liquid version to the pill kinds. I also love that you don’t have to refrigerate this, and can just put it anywhere that you prefer for easy dosing. I keep it with my other vitamins, which helps me to not forgot to take it each day. If you worry about bone, heart, and muscle health, this liquid magnesium supplement is a wonderful source of nutrients. It helps me keep my body, heart, and bones healthy for an entire month. It lasts quite a while!
