Why silicone dioxide?

The Previous version of the product was good ,this one has silicone dioxide as additive some research raised a concern that it might contribute to gut inflammation

Great definitely a must supplement for me now I definitely do feel a difference in my joints and bones my body feels more energized and strong since l've started taking these it also helps me relax and I'm able to sleep all thru the night l've noticed I feel less stressed and anxious now and let me tell you I stress and have anxiety about the minimum but with these my head feels more leveled and calm the pills themselves are also not too big pretty average I don't have difficulty when taking them I know some people have difficulty when it comes to taking/ having it go down but l'd say they are a normal size l'd recommend for anyone looking for a good magnesium supplement s

Good value and effective

Really good magnesium supplement. I love that the packaging is a dark blue as to keep the supplement longevity. As well as the ingredients which is magnesium glycinate which absorbs the best in our body. I like the price as well and I think this supplement will be something I would purchase in the future.

It does its job

Right off the bat from the first capsule this magnesium supplement had me falling asleep almost immediately. I squally struggle to sleep on my own most night and sometimes I’m restless, so I’d like to think this capsule played its part. The only down side to this product was that my stomach the next morning was pretty upset and I know it’s because magnesium can’t be pretty divert hot to digest for some.

Sleep like a baby

I had always heard of taking magnesium but I finally got the opportunity to do so and let me tell you!! I haven’t felt my body this relaxed in years! Definitely a game changer. I do tend to dream a lot however when taking this product.
