Better than CBD sleep

I am enjoying this blend of relaxing ingredients before bed with warmed water. It is lovely and I am sleeping much better. Used CBD previously however it was not as effective as this Magnesium Glycinate Powder. I am VERY happy to have found it and it tastes good too!
