Love this.

My husband and I both take these on a daily basis. It has help with his leg cramps at night. I feel I have more energy. Love that it only has 1 carb per serving versus other popular brands that have 8 carbs per serving. And it tastes good.

Low carb

Was looking for a hydration pack to replace those I had which have sugar or sugar alcohols

I also was looking for a pack with antioxidants. I found this. It has promise! It just needs to be adapted for more than two to three ounces of water. I drink over ninety ounces per day. Diluting this down to one twenty-ounce bottle does not result in the best taste. Here's hoping they will do what they should have done in the beginning and modify this product to fit a normal lifestyle... you know, people who actually drink water.

2-3 oz of water?

Does anyone drink 2-3 oz of water at a time? The world revolves around bottles of water. I drink 80+oz of water per day, one 20-oz bottle at a time. So these packs are all but useless to me as they are so diluted they taste horrible. I love that these are loaded with vitamin C as I want and need antioxidants to help with my insulin resistance. But again, 2-3 oz of water. What I'd like to see is a pack engineered for a 20-oz bottle of water.
