I have had many of these deep saute pans with lids, smaller "Emeril all clad, and old "lyse" that I bought 25 years ago, and a copper disc one, much smaller, thrifted Revere. I knew this one was big, but that was exactly what I wanted to make one pan pastas and more. Since I downsized some, I am upgrading/repurchasing some things as I find what I really need/want to use. It's so easy for a cookware lover to just have way too many items, and pulled the trigger on this one. HUGE, BUT even though it's larger than the electric burner, the entire contents of the pan seemed to cook so evenly, with the burner only set to about 3!. No sticking, burning, etc. While this is lighter that some other similar pans I have had with thicker "layers" this seems SUPERIOR in heat distribution, so VERY glad to have this in my new, downsized kitchen collection. Will consider this brand again when looking to purchase.
Trementina deep dish sauté pan review
I just use this deep sauté pan for the first time tonight. I’m absolutely thrilled with the entire set. I used this pan to make taco meat with ground hamburger as second Sunday of every month is dinner at dad‘s house. All four of my kids, my son-in-law And my daughter-in-law were present. The pan performed flawlessly and cleanup was so easy. Excellent product!

Love it, but....
Wish it came with a glass lid, like the one in the larger set...
Had to return.
The pan is pretty and very big but it is not marked 18/10 stainless steel. The instructions do not list it as a 18/10.
Lots of room for your veggies
I love it! It is heavy, so be aware. I should have purchased the smaller one, but it does have the helper handle.

Great pan for the price!
Best investment. I use it on an induction stove, and it heats so quickly and cooks the food perfectly. It is the perfect size for so many dishes. Highly recommend this pan.

My Favorite Pan
I bought this pan 17 years ago! I STILL use it almost everyday. I am thinking I might need a new one, as the bottom has developed a curve over these many years. Thank you for a great quality product!

Excellent Pan
Heavy and solid. Once it heats up it gets hot but that works for what we need. Made durable and should last a long time.
