I received this item as part of the Tramontina Early Review program. To be honest, I had never used this type of cookware before. The build quality is excellent—solid cast iron, well-finished, and pre-seasoned as described. That said, the piece is highly specialized and may not appeal to all users, particularly those unfamiliar with its traditional use. I found it a bit limiting in versatility, as I wasn’t sure what to cook with it. I ended up using it to bake pandebono (Colombian cheese bread), which worked well. Overall, while it’s beautifully made, it may benefit from including more cooking ideas or recipes to help new users explore its potential.
