Excellent wheeled backpack
This backpack is lightweight and sturdy. I use it to travel for work with one - two laptops, files, and cords. It is easy to handle and holds a good deal of work materials. I am now on my second one!

Great for travel- for my kids
I bought three, one in each color, and my children use them for carry-ons. They are spacious, roll with ease and can be carried on their backs when necessary. Worth the price. If you are looking for something to last you a lifetime- this may not be for you.
It was good until....
My daughter used this product as her school bookbag. It is durable except for 3 months after use, the handle got stuck and we can no longer get the handle up. Now she won't be able to use it because the purpose of getting it was to use it as a rolling bag.
Disappointing
Bag is roomy and the front zipper is good for storing phone, wallet and other small items. I used this bag for travel and for back and forth to work. The wheeled feature is what sold me, but the handle malfunctioned after about 2weeks and wouldn't raise or lower from the first position.

Handle gets stuck
I brought this bag after purchasing 2 other brands which didn’t last for my son. So I come to buy online in Macy’s as always. I get a good price, fast delivery and when it arrived it look like this was it. The bag looks good quality however, after a month my son start to complain that when he pull the handle up it would get stuck and not come down. I thought it was my son that couldn’t pull up and down correctly until finally he said for me to try. I was shocked in the middle of the street I could not pull handle up. I was angry because I feel here goes my money down the drain again. I waste my money buying this bag. I don’t know if anyone had this issue. Very disappointed.

I was looking for a small lightweight rolling backpack - this really fit the need. Light, nice scoping handle.
