Never received item

I purchased 2 suit case. Only one arrived. Suit case was in original package and it was delivered as 1 of 1 package. There should be 2 boxes. I reach out to Mary's customer service and they said they will be sending email to the retailer directly and they will get in touch with me. That was a month ago. I also send out email directly to the retailer. Nothing. No refund and no replacement. Don't buy from these people. Very poor customer service.
