1 use and broke!

I gave this as a gift to my daughter, first trip by herself and it broke, such a disappointment and stressful moment for her by herself with a heavy suitcase she could not roll. I want my money back.

The luggage is very easy to move around and holds a lot of items. I did find after one use the zipper on the large piece of luggage was busted so I will be looking to possibly exchange or return.
