Beautiful Luggage. Poor Quality Construction
This luggage is beautiful and lightweight. We purchased 2 sets of this luggage for my husband and myself. The wheels are not durable and are wobbly on two of the 25 inch pieces and the wheels broke on both of the 29 inches. We only used the luggage 2 times and they broke on the second trip. Please construct turn luggage better. It is too beautiful and too expensive to only be able to use it twice. Very disappointed as we have had Travelpro in the past with no issues. We specifically purchased this set because it was Travelpro. Please do better Travelpro. In the interim, we are back to searching for luggage again. It is so beautiful, I still gave it two stars.
Too Heavy and Cumbersome
As others have mentioned, the handle on top is WAY TOO TIGHT. Very hard to lift the suitcase up onto anything. The suitcase itself is also very heavy, about 11 lbs with nothing in it. It is cumbersome to maneuver in almost every situation. It is very rugged, and holds a lot, but because of the issues above, I would not buy this again.
Pretty, practical, good prices, easy replacement.
The 2 zippers inside. I have the 25" with only one zipper. When I found this one, I bought it. My current 25" traveled to South Africa and left the luggage in London because I missed the flight. The airline delivered a damaged and very stained luggage. I missed the flight in London and the luggage came a little damaged with many dark spots. I used Mr Clean and the champaign color looks like new. The luggage went to South America and cleaned it well upon my return. I will use the new 25" with 2 zippers and will keep the old one for emergencies. I recently purchased those on blue because they have 2 zippers and love the color. I gave a more expensive travel pro to my son. I love the hard side because I can disinfect them well, contrary to the soft style. Easy to handle for an older person lime me and light weight.
Locking system bad
The locking system broke. I was not able to unlock my suitcase. was not able to reset locking code. I had almost break the lock to get open. I would return if I could.
Beautiful luggage, but handle is too tight
The suitcase is lovely, a little on the heavy side, but steady. I read about the handles are tight, but still brought it as I have small hands. But I can only get my fingers in the handle, if I get my natural hold position, it hurts! Had to return the case.
So far so good
I have used this bag once so far, I really like it. Only negative is that I wish it was just a little bigger.

Perfect
Just flew on 2 flights yesterday (from Atlanta to Dallas to Los Angeles) and checked in my new Travelpro 25" and 29" bags. They performed perfectly ... no dents, scratches or damage of any kind. They roll easily even though one weighed 41 pounds and the other was 51 pounds. So pleased with them!

Difficult to pick up due to tight space under hand
Nice size but difficult to put your hand under the top handle to pick it up. I am a female with average size hands
