Wheres my delivery???

I keep getting e-emails, saying that my sweater has been delivered in tracking, but when I look ups, it says that the item was returned. Not only did I never receive it. I certainly obviously did not return it so can somebody fix this or give me my money back? I’m so sick of using stuff online anymore. It’s just become a joke.
