Good quality but way too big

Great quality but the fitting is very odd. Don’t believe the size chart. I usually order Medium jacket I am 5.9, 155 LBS, I looked at the size chart and I was thinking I should be ok. Nope… the jacket is one size up, maybe a little more. So if you are medium do small for example.
