cute dress, cheaply made

I was obsessed with this dress. The color and design is perfect for spring. But I was very disappointed when it arrived. The seams are all crooked so it looks weird. Very cheaply made. Much of this brand’s stuff is cheaply made. But this was the worst. The sleeves kept falling down. Very disappointed I will be returning this. I’m 5-3 and size 7/8 for reference.
