Terrible customer service

Dress was good. Customer service was a 0. The first order never shipped and we had to purchase another one and get a refund on the original order since it had only been 6 days. 6 days after the order it hadn’t shipped and they still wouldn’t send a replacement. Very poor customer service. We ordered from PacSun last week and FedEx left it at the wrong house. We contacted PacSun and they sent a replacement the next day. That’s the customer service you would expect. We will definitely buy from them again and avoid Macys at all cost.
