frumpy

Reference 5”4, 130 lbs 36C looking frumpy no matter which size tried on. Maybe the pattern is old fashion unflattering. The many ruffles and rolls although in right now is just not flattering. It’s comfortable to wear though. Just because something is in style , doesn’t mean it’s flattering on a female form.
