i will buy this shoes again

For the last three years, i have bought trotters shoes, and my feet feel 100% better.

I needed to return the shoes, because they were the wrong size. It is difficult to get the correct size when the store doesn't have them in the store.

Beautiful Shoe- Pewter color

Bought normal size 8 Narrow, through "The Walking Company." Purchased specifically for wedding. I feel it ran bit short for me. I probably could have returned for size 8 1/2, however I found a great deal at Naturalizer, and that worked out for me. I returned the shoes 1 pair through the 3rd party "The Walking Company" and it has been a nightmare! Beware of "The Walking Company." BBB gives them an "F" rating, for not addressing complaints. Beware. I used their pre-paid return label, which the pkg has now been held up at USPS for "improper unpaid label". I have the tracking information. Customer service says it's my problem to locate the pkg. Seems like fraud, if the pkg cannot get back for the refund in 30days,,,the company "The Walking Company" does not give your money back. I have shopped there for years. Now I will go straight to the maker of the shoe! "Trotters. " BBB has another complaint. Stick with ordering from the Trotters website!

Marks on shoes

There are black marks on the side of one shoe. The other shoe has a discolored spot on the toe. I’m thinking of returning the shoes unless I could get a credit off what I paid making them worth keeping.
