It's 3 weeks….still waiting

I really am looking forward to eventually receiving my shoes. Apparently the warehouse was relocated and my shoes were shipped there before they were shipped to me ????? Not great customer service. Only because I really like the quality of your shoes that I'm willing to wait.

Comfortable and stylish

I have kept shoes in this color with a specific style which I find comfortable for about 15 years (3 different pairs). I could not find the same style, but this came close. The straps over the foot are a bit too wide for my liking. I prefer the strap behind the heel to come up with the strap over the arch on an angle. I had a pair from Trotters which was more than 8 years old, and the sole had started to deteriorate. This was a decent substitute.
