Love these sandals!

Love these sandals! Trotters brand never fails to impress. I am an extra wide width 7.5 EE and won't force my foot into the too small B and C widths most brands offer anymore after foot surgery and years of blisters. Instead I now only buy shoes that actually fit (which everyone should do). These have comfortable soles, decent arch support, and adjustable leather straps for high arches and make my feet and pedicures toes look beautiful. So happy Macy's carries this brand, which is one of the few that makes shoes in D and EE. (Most women are actually a D but still cramming their feet into pointy toed Bs and Cs. Why wear shoes that hurt?) I can't shop in store because you still don't stock wide sizes in store, but glad you offer them online. Hoping stores realize there is a huge market of unserved customers out there eager to buy D and EE width shoes. And so glad for Trotters brand for making non-ugly shoes for all sizes.

3rd party vendor didn’t ship my order

Ordered on the 4/9/25, charged on the Macy’s card on 4/11. C.S. A.I. said delivery expected 4/21. Called on 4/19 actually spoke to a human to find out that my order was not shipped. I’m so disappointed at the lack of information offer on the website.

love these, bought 2 pairs!

I love these sandals primarily because they look terrific and are adjustable in so many ways. I have a hard time finding sandals or shoes that fit as I have wide toes, an average midfoot and a narrow heel. These have adjustment straps for each area and I can get them to fit exactly the way I need! I love the way they look. I would wear them almost anywhere, including for casual and dress occasions. I first bought a pair in black and loved them so much I then bought a pair in luggage.
