Terrible Customer Service

Order never arrived and no tracking information was given. Customer Service was automated and told me my order would arrive on 12/30/9999! I splurged on these expensive sandals and used gift cards to purchase. At NO time did Macy's notify me that the order was delayed, lost, or out of stock. Shame on you Macy's. I expected better!!

I need NARROW; these are not

It is SO difficult finding narrow shoes. I had previously bought narrow shoes from Trotters, and thought they might be my salvation? These shoes definitely were not! Actually, too short and too WIDE. SO disappointed

So disappointed, NOT narrow

Trotters used to be true to narrow feet; these shoes are not! So disappointed! I ordered a 9N, and they are flopping off my feet, and gapping. No one carries narrow shoes, anymore. The shoes looked so versatile, for many occasions, including travel. I am returning shoes due to the wide width.

Beautiful Sandals

These sandals are welcome addition to my closet. I have narrow feet and have a difficult time finding shoes that fit me. These shoes are very stylish and fit great. They are also very comfortable and I look forward to wearing them this summer.
