I never received my pair of jeans.

To whom it may concern: I never received my pair of jeans. I called customer service and the person told me that she can't do anything about it. On my Macy's account it says the item was delivered on the 3rd June, I never received and I am reaching out to someone who can help me find out what happened to my pair of jeans. I was charged for the item already!
