I have had mine for the last 20 years, very durable and organized bag. It is a classic, Tumi products are reliable and useful always.

I needed a new personal item for traveling that offered more organization and looked a little more sophisticated than my old one. I shopped around and was having trouble finding anything that would come close to maximizing the dimensions for a personal item: I pack heavy. I looked at custom leather stuff, tactical bags, other luggage companies, etc. until I finally found this one. Just received the bag today and: wow. I usually only write reviews when I am really blown away with something. The bag is cavernous for it's size. On a lot of bags zip pockets tend to be flat and you're disappointed - you can hardly fit anything in to them. This bag's pockets have depth sewn into many of them. The top left pocket on the front swallows an oversized usb battery bank with plenty of room to spare. Inside there is a ton of organization. Different shapes and sizes of pockets everywhere. Plenty of space for my work laptop and my personal tablet. The file folders in the back pocket will be perfect for receipts when I'm traveling for work. I love the non-zip pocket by the handle. It has a pocket inside the pocket which fits my Galaxy S22 Ultra, and space for things like hand sanitizer wipes. It will be good for things like a boarding pass which you want out of the way for a while but need to be readily accessible. I figured I would have this expanded all of the time, but now I doubt it. There is so much room and organization without even expanding it. I haven't been on a trip with it yet, but I am extremely extremely impressed. I own an embarrassing number of photography bags, other personal item sized bags, etc. and this one is absolutely top notch. Very high quality and well built. Highly recommended.
