Poor Design

First, this bag is very heavy, the write up states it is 9.8 lbs but it is 12.8 lbs before anything is added to the bag. Second, the main issue seems to be something that should have been tested and designed differently. I like how the main compartment opens easily and stays open so you can get something out and easily put it back when you need it. However, if you have a laptop in the laptop pocket, opening the main compartment causes the entire case to fall over. I tried to distribute the weight in the middle compartment differently to no avail. I cannot understand why something that easy would not have been tested? Especially for a high end bag. Finally, in spite of how large it looks and the number of pockets, it surprisingly does not hold a lot even with the extender open, you cannot have many files and accessories without a lot of manipulation and inconvenience. Super disappointed since I have really liked Tumi products, my last bag lasted 20 years.
