Worst Macy's Experience!

In all my years of purchasing from Macy's online, this is my absolute worst experience. My order/spray arrived completely shattered and leaked. The shipping had no protective material or bubble wrap. It was placed inside a plastic envelop and shipped. I went to the store to do an exchange - it was not possible. I was told to contact customer service. I did, and after chat handovers, I got to an agent who said he could help, but that my order had not updated. He said once the order updated, he would ship another one with proper packaging. This was a week ago yesterday. To date, no product has been shipped, no communication, absolutely NOTHING!!!

Love it

Got this as a sample and my husband loved it. Everyone’s body chemistry is different, so try it for yourself. For him it is a subtle smell that is long lasting . We are not heavy sprayers, so that’s impressive to us.
