Waiting on refund after a month

The shoes were just not my style. My problem is this is not sold by Macys but by a separate party. I’m a loyal Macys shopper and I’m so disappointed in this new system. Beware when you order, if it comes from a seller other than Macys you are on your own fighting for a refund. It’s been almost a month and I have not got my money back!
