The glaze has a nice finish and the gold rim looks classy. Can’t wait to use it! It is hand wash only since it has a real gold rim!!!

Nice product. Customer service is lacking.

I ordered 4 and received 3. I emailed Macy's and got a generic generated email. I called customer service and could not speak to anyone due to COVID. I called my local Macy's and cannot get through to anyone. Nice product, customer service is lacking.
