Do not Buy...DAMAGING!"White Vinegar is best"!
I LITERALLY JUST PICKED THIS UP YESTERDAY TO CLEAN MY GREY UGGS. I USED THIS AND IT LITERALLY TURNED MY GREY UGGS BLACK. THIS STUFF IS A DAMAGING HORRIBLE MESS DO NOT PURCHASE THIS, OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. I'M RETURNING IT TOMORROW ... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. WHITE VINEGAR IS BEST!!!

I will try to buy locally
Received damaged and leaking in the box, called customer service and they said to return via UPS. I drove to UPS and retuned it chose a refund since I didn't want to chance ordering and receiving another damaged/ leaking package.

Good Product; Poor packing for
Kit was nice. But loses stars as it was shipped in a large box with no packing material. The kit box was not sealed and opened up during shipping. Containers and brushes were out, tops were off. Fortunately no major leaks (although strong odor in box so some got out). Expected better from UGG's.

I will not buy this kit again
If I would've known that the cleaner was going to change the color of the boot I would've never used it with that being said the kit is a waste of money and time I will not purchase or use again
