Lost with no updates

Placed the order and it stated shipped after 2 days of the order and stated a delivery by the 3rd. No updates after that and it’s the 7th today! I hate there was no communication to let me know the package was lost. When I called customer service it stated it will take up to 11 days to get back to me. Unacceptable!
