I wouldn't buy these again

I didn't like them my daughter ripped the front of them within a week they are made really cheap now

Awesome!

We love our lowmels. Have them in almost every color. They are so warm & comfy. Would like to have them in gray though. Make gray ones!

Horrible delivery service.

I don’t know why Macy’s hire these cheap delivery companies. I order two Ugg boots, separate orders and package was left in my building lobby which is unsecured. People constantly in and out no security, I was not notified or anything but packages were just left there for anyone to take. Unacceptable customer service on Macy’s part. Package is supposed to be delivered at customer’s door.👎🏾
