Frustrated Buyer
if the shoes are out of stock please remove and say so. It keeps saying low stock like you can buy them and than hours later get an email order has been cancelled. I’ve done this twice now. Instead of offering 25% your next purchase just let me know when the dang shoes will be in stock!
Ugg slippers
Bought a pair for my granddaughter’s birthday. Very fast shipping, I ordered her a size 1 because that’s what she normally is, it fit perfectly so I would say they are true to size. Overall great product and great experience! Highly recommended!

Unhappy customer
Purchased these for my grandchild. He has wore them for less than one month and the trim around the front has came apart. Contacted the company and they refuse to do anything about it.

Back of heel comes out
Bought a size 6K because i wear a size 8 in women's. The shoe fit but unfortunately every time i walk, my heel comes out :/ have to return

High schoolers like this
Purchased for my high school daughter. She loves it. Kids in school often wear this type of shoes she says. They aren’t the cutest shoes to me but my taste and high schoolers are different. I originally purchased it in her size which is US6. However, it was too big. So I had to purchase again in a smaller size which fit perfect for her.
