Back stitching ripped out after a few wears this year
Boots were given to me as a gift The good: they are cute, very warm and comfortable The bad: I can no longer wear because they fell apart. The back stitching ripped out I contacted customer service and they are not doing anything because I do not have a receipt.

Terrible
Don't waste your money. You can't fit a regular size foot into these boots! 🥾 Terrible design . The opening is TOO SMALL and you won't be able to get your foot into the darn boot! What happened to UGG?!? Sent back!

Not being able to put on your boot would certainly put a damper on your experience. After a short break in period, the material in your pair should relax to a more comfortable and customized feeling fit. If a more customizable fit is what you're looking for, look no further than out Bailey Tie.
The size was a little off.
These were bigger than expected they only fit perfectly if I wear thick socks.

My husband loves his Uggs
Super Comfortable but getting them on was a workout
Color was awesome. The warmth and comfort once I got them on were amazing. So why not 5 stars? I could not get them on. Literally the struggle was real. I resorted to a shoe horn and that didn't help. I spend a good 20 minutes trying to get them on before I gave up. I was petrified I was going to rip the loop on the back off. Tried again the next day and got one on after 10 minutes. Finally on the fourth try, three days later I got both on. It has been a little easier each time. And no, they are not to small. They fit comfortably when on, it was just a nightmare getting them on.
