Wrong shoe in right box

I bought a size 9 chestnut Ugg men’s slipper and received a size 13 black Ugg slipper in the mail. The box had the correct shoe color and size. Inside the box it did not match.

Surprisingly Comfy!

I was skeptical. I kind of thought Ugg slippers were mostly hype. But I have to say, they're really, really comfortable. In addition, my feet do not get overly hot like they do with other fur-lined slippers. As much as I didn't want to buy in, I am a believer now.
