Quality has greatly decreased

I was super disappointed after buying Uggs for years to find that the quality is no longer the same. My daughter wore these several times and the stitching at the front of the broke and looks awful. For the price, it is unacceptable. I now have to send them back for an exchange and hope the new pair doesn't do the same thing

Uggs for my Granddaughter

My granddaughter received this boot and refused to take it off. Her first impression was breathtaking. This boot was is comfortable and keep her feet warm. It will definitely be good to wear for our trip to TN this winter. She's in love love with the bow tie and the inside coating. She said I am the Best Gma ever.
