Very disappointed
They're very pretty, but I'm very dissatisfied with the warranty service. A thread came loose on the top of my daughter's boots near the zipper, and they just said that wasn't covered under warranty. So if that's not covered, I don't know what they'll cover then. Then they told me they couldn't be exchanged, but they gave me a coupon for another pair—a huge 15% off coupon that doesn't work. It's a shame my kids like this; otherwise, I wouldn't buy from them again. And they really are in good condition; it's just that the stitching has been coming undone more and more.

Love them!
Grandson loves them. Received them for Christmas. He appears to be very comfortable with them. He was very happy to have a pair since his sister received the mini for Christmas.
