Cool boots

I really love it! Very comfortable! Just take your right size. I took larger and sometimes when walking my socks go off by himself lol . Just make sure to take the right size

Too Small

I really liked this boot but it fit tight and could not wear sock with it. I should had brought a half size up cause it was hard to put on. Don't want to return but I wear socks with my boots in winter. Sadly have to return.

Where is customer service

The picture shows a blue sole, which is part of the reason I ordered them due to the color contrast; my soles are black. There is no way for me to talk to customer service, either by phone or email, because they are apparently not working due to COVID-19. I understand that, but what am I supposed to do when the timeframe lapses on requesting a return, discount to keep, or replacement? Also, there is a current sale that I'd like to request a price match on, but no one available to assist me. They're nice boots and all, but I'd like to get what is shown on the picture.

Color not the same. Although still nice

The tip and sole of the boot is clearly blue in the advertisement. In person it's only a hint of color. Appearing gray or . I have to debate on weather I will keep or return.
