6 days agoNot as good as my original pair, but close enough...
I purchased these as a replacement for the same model of boot that lasted me over a decade (of wearing practically every day). The insoles they come with are pretty bad... They were terrible at temperature regulation (which is why I want shearling in the first place), and looked very worn after only a month of wear. I had purchased replacement insoles for my old pair of boots and had worn them for a full winter, and they are still quite fluffy. I wanted to purchase replacement insoles from Ugg with the coupon I was forced to redeem, but they don't have them on their website, which is pretty disappointing. Useless loyalty program.

Love the boots. I had a pair of the Adirondack style boots for over 10 years. I decided to splurge and get the Adirondack XXV in plaster. The red laces popped against the white. However, I was looking forward to switching to the white laces. The she description indicated the boot came with additional lace. The photo showed red laces with impression you would get an additional white pair. Unfortunately, I did not get the white laces. Called customer service and was told they could not assist me with getting laces. They could not even tell me the vendor who supplied the laces. Customer service is lacking. Hence, the reason for 2 stars. Ugg or Decker, do better.

Love these boots
So far these are the best Uggs that I have. They are not heavy but light & very comfortable & warm. I wanted to get the black ones but they sold out of them. If & when I can order the black Uggs I will get them. Thank you Uggs.

These boots are great for walking a couple miles in snow, wet, and frigid weather. They're as comfortable as slippers, warm and cozy and plenty of room in the toe box. Reading the reviews, I thought I should order a half a size larger but they were huge. I exchanged them for my regular size and they fit perfectly. They are a bit hard to lace up but once done, they are great.

The are warm and have been waterproof so far. I wish they were a little more comfortable in the insoles inside. For a whole day wear, they felt heavy and started to bother my feet and back.

Size up 1/2 and hope you get extra set of laces
Comfy and appear to be nice quality. Attractive looking boots, but they are a bit clunky which I don't mind because I like a sturdy boot for snow shoveling here in Wisconsin. I did not get the extra set of laces - at this price point it's disappointing that you either get the laces, or you don't. The Adirondack boots are replacing my size 8 Columbia Bugaboo boots (that fell apart within a year). These boots are a smaller and narrower fit in comparison (in the same size 8). Heel to toe side by side, the Adirondacks are shorter and narrower. I could probably wear the size 8 Adirondacks and still be ok, but I like more wiggle room in my toe box so I decided to size up. I'm not a wide fit but I don't care for a narrow fit either. Shoes that put pressure on my bunion are a no go. These are definitely more snug in the toe box than my Columbia boots were but not enough to be a deal breaker. I do recommend sizing up 1/2. I love the treads on the bottom and the base looks like it's built for traction like a hiking boot. Nice rubber base. I can't comment on warmth as I haven't worn them outside yet. Hopefully my exchange for the larger size will include the extra set of laces. This is my first ever pair of Ugg boots.
