Defective

I have purchased UGG boots for 10 years and I’ve never had an issue until now. I purchased 4 black boots and 2 brown. from Macy’s. All of the black boots had a white film over the boots. Macy’s please check the merchandise that is being shipped out. These were gifts. This is very disappointing.

Im a 7 1/2 and I do have wide feet i got an 8 and im Glad I did it fit snug but not tight. My box didn’t come damage like other reviews said. Very happy with my purchase!
