Wasn't What I Expected

The boot looked just like the picture and true to size, however the boot is hard. It wasn't comfortable at all. I have other UGG products but this was the total opposite of their other products.

Pretty boot but too hard to get on

I ordered the black boot in a size 9. The boot is beautiful but it too hard to get on. If the boot had a zipper on the side, it would be perfect. I am returning the boot b/c it's too much of a hassle.

Beautiful leather boots

I purchased these in both black and taupe. The leather is soft, yet sturdy. I purchased them in my usual size 8. They were a bit snug at first, but they stretched a bit and now they are perfect. I haven't had trouble getting them on or off, as a previous reviewer mentioned. They are definitely worth the sale price.
